How to request the complete deletion of your personal data and connected social media profiles from the Platform.
MARKETING OS respects users' right to control their personal data. This page explains how to request the complete deletion of your data from our Platform and from connected social media profiles.
Data that is deleted
When you request deletion, we remove:
- Account data (name, email, encrypted password)
- Company data stored in Brand Brain (description, logo, colours, target audience, products, services, competitors, goals)
- All content generated by the Platform (strategies, calendars, posts, images, designs, videos, reports)
- OAuth access tokens for connected social networks (Instagram, Facebook)
- Audit history and collected metrics
- Usage history and preferences
- User-uploaded content (images, files, documents)
What may be retained by legal obligation
Some data may be retained after a deletion request, exclusively when required by law:
Billing data
Retained for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations
Communication records
Strictly necessary for the defence of rights in legal proceedings
Anonymised data
Data that no longer identifies the user may be retained
Methods to request deletion
We offer three equivalent ways to request deletion of your data.
Through the Platform
RecommendedFor users with an active account:
By email
Send an email to contato@mktos.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" including:
- Full name
- Email associated with the account
- Company name (if applicable)
- Explicit confirmation of the deletion request
Via Facebook or Instagram
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram to the Platform:

Request confirmation
After deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email to the address associated with the account.
If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days, contact us again at contato@mktos.com.
Irreversibility
If you wish to use the Platform again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
